The Jackson's had a fabulous trip to Neskowin to celebrate the 4th of July. My uncle lives there so we were able to stay there with him. There were 10 of us in all. A crowd, but a fun one!
Neskowin takes this holiday seriously....they have a 4th of July committee. On the 4th there is event after event scheduled. Started with book/bake sale, then a very big parade (Brookelynn & her cousin participated), off to the sand castle contest, then the kite flying competition, and finally the grand finale with the fireworks.
The weather was AMAZING, the sun sets were BEAUTIFUL, the trip was MEMORABLE!

You have some great pictures. I must my favorite one is of Jacob with the sunset in the backgroung. He is such a poser. I love it. How do I get my kids to do that?
