It is Corie Elaine I had surgery Feb. 16th for gastric bypass. Mom came to help me for a little over a week. She goes home tonight, sad to see her go. I am moving around better still need help sometimes in and out of my chair. I am not telling my highest weight to my family but i will say that since my journey of this experience (7 months) i have lost 27 pound and 17 of it has been in the last 25 days. Once I have lost more weight I will post before and after pictures.
**Also I know we are all busy but it don't hurt to write something to all of us once a month. I am guilty of not doing this too. However I think we all should make it a goal to post 1 x a month. we are busy but FAMILY IS IMPORTANT.

I too agree Family Is Important.
Sounds like your new adventure is going to be a great one. Take care of yourself, recovery is key to success! I bet Mom was sad to leave that great bunch of yours.

Can't wait to see you in the different stages of your journey. My mom (grandma) is also leaving me to go home with Jim and Carol on Monday. I will miss her greatly!! Now we will both be without our mamas. Take care and loose lots more.
