I lost my first tooth!!!

Brookelynn lost her first tooth, and oh what a story. We were eating dinner and she was complaining about how it hurt to eat. Then, the tooth twisted on her. This scared her and I told her that I would put it back to the way that it goes. While I was working on this she was saying over and over again, "I don't like this!" "I don't like this!" While I was twisting it, it came out. She didn't even know that it was out until she felt the hole. All was good until..........bed time. She was not going to put that tooth out to have the Tooth Fairy come into her room. So, I had to think fast. We wrote the Tooth Fairy a letter explaining that it was a little scarey to have her in Brookelynn's room. We decided that the tooth and the letter would be safest in the milk box out on the front porch. The Tooth Fairy found the letter and left the money! Whew!!!

We talked about why it was okay for Santa & the Easter Bunny to come into the house. She didn't have an answer to that. I hope I didn't put this bad thoought into her head. I'll let you know at Christmas if we have to put the letter to Santa out in the milk box. Not sure that all of the presents will fit in there though. May need to order more milk! :0)
