Christina has completed her nursing school and received her degree last night. Her family came up from California. She had 28 members of her family there to cheer her on. Carl and the kids were so proud of her, as we all are. She now works at the Gresham Hospital, but hopes to advance to an RN position as soon as she passes the state board.

I dont think I ever saw you look so happy, You are a really lucky women to have such a wonderful husband and great kids. You stuck through all those hard times study, & late nights but it looks like it was worth it.

Well grandma sent me yet another reminder of this website. Thanks to all of you for your support. It's an exciting time for sure. Almost there-- the boards are next and then 3 more terms with OHSU for my Bachelors in nursing. SO for those of you who were unable to make it this time....JUNE 2010 we'll do it again for OHSU this time: Bachelors degree in Nursing. Yes....I'm a glutton for punishment.
PS...Grandma- I won't hold it against you but you spelled my name wrong...Love you! :-)
